The Ohio Romanian Children Association cares about and for orphaned and handicapped children near Targoviste Romania. We cannot say enough about the help and cooperation we receive from Mayor Teodor Bate of Targoviste, The Office of the Prefect, especially Iullian Preda, Assistant Prefect. We have a family relationship will Romania!
Our Mission
The mission of ORCA (Ohio Romanian Children Association) is to share knowledge and skills in the fields of child care and agriculture with the citizens of Romania. ORCA endeavors to enable the Romanian people to adapt these (child care and agricultural) skills to their society through the establishment of joint demonstration projects in Romania.
